What’s the exact opposite of “No Scotland, No Party?”
Find out next summer in Canada, Mexico and the USA. Last night Scotland qualified for the World Cup for the first time since 1998 by way of a magnificent, table-topping 4-2 victory over Denmark.

Yesterday, we reflected on the bravery and service of John Cyril Robertson, a proud Scottish immigrant whose story began at a Caledonia summer picnic before leading him to the front lines of World War I. His courage and sense of duty were born from a deep love of community and heritage, values that continue to live on through the Chicago Scots and Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care today.

As we honor Veterans Day, we celebrate John Cyril’s remarkable journey and all who have served with strength, heart, and dedication.
