Meet Katarina

Some people carry a presence that helps the room feel quieter the moment they enter. Katarina brings that kind of steadiness into her work.

Her approach is calm, thoughtful, and deeply compassionate. She creates space for people to slow down, speak honestly, and feel met without pressure or judgment. For many clients, that kind of presence becomes an important part of the work itself.

Katarina was drawn to counseling through early experiences that showed her how meaningful it can be to walk alongside people during difficult parts of life. That early connection continues to shape how she practices today, with care that honors both struggle and strength.

Her work is rooted in a person centered, relational approach, with attention to emotional awareness, nervous system safety, and the patterns that often develop when life has required people to adapt in hard ways.

She is also continuing to deepen her work through EMDR, supporting clients who are ready for deeper trauma processing in a way that feels grounded and paced.

Clients often leave sessions feeling seen, steadied, and reminded that healing does not need to happen all at once. Sometimes it begins with having one place where you do not have to hold everything alone.

We are grateful for the care Katarina brings to this space and to the people she supports every day.

✨ Embodied Leadership | 1:1 Business Coaching

Running a heart-led business takes more than passion.

It takes clarity.
Structure.
Boundaries.
Self-awareness.
And systems that reflect your values — not override them.

Embodied Leadership is for therapists, wellness providers, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs who want their business to feel as aligned as the work they do inside the room.

This is not hustle coaching.
It’s structural refinement.
It’s identity-level leadership.
It’s learning how your nervous system, relational patterns, and decision-making style shape your business — often in ways you don’t consciously see.

We start with a Compass Session — a 2-hour strategic deep dive designed to clarify:
• Where you are
• What’s misaligned
• What’s structurally fragile
• What needs strengthening
• And what you’re becoming as a leader

From there, we build intentionally.

You don’t have to choose between meaningful work and a thriving business.

If you’re ready to bring more clarity, capacity, and congruence to how you lead and build, I invite you to connect. www.neomindbodycollab.com

Build aligned.
Lead embodied.
Grow sustainably.

If you have ever wondered,
“Why do I react like that?”
“Why do I shut down in conflict?”
“Why does rest feel uncomfortable?”
You are not alone. And you are not broken.
So much of what we call anxiety, avoidance, burnout, or emotional overwhelm are patterned responses shaped by attachment, stress, and lived experience. Your brain and body learned how to keep you safe. Those strategies were intelligent. They just may not be serving you in the same way anymore.
At NEO MindBody Collab, we approach mental health and wellness with depth and intention. Pathways Counseling, Pathways Wellness Studio, and Root & Rise Training & Education Institute work together to support the whole person. Therapy grounded in trauma informed care. Somatic and mindfulness based practices. Education for professionals who want to lead with integrity and evidence based skill.
If you are curious about what support could look like for you, we invite you to explore.

When your mind feels busy, your body often follows. Breathing practices like box breathing and diaphragmatic breathing can help interrupt that cycle by giving your nervous system a slower rhythm to follow.

Both are simple ways to come back to the present when anxiety feels high, thoughts are moving quickly, or your body feels unsettled. You do not need to do them perfectly. You are simply offering your body a steadier pattern and a little more space to settle.

Box breathing can be helpful when you need structure and focus. Diaphragmatic breathing can be helpful when you need softness and a fuller exhale.

A steady breath can help:
• slow the stress response
• reduce physical tension
• support clearer thinking
• bring your attention back to what is happening right now

Always listen to your body while practicing. If you notice lightheadedness, discomfort, or anything that feels off, stop and return to your natural breathing pattern until your body feels steady again.

Sometimes the most helpful skill is not doing more, but giving your body one clear signal that it is safe enough to soften.

Supporting clinicians as they navigate complex trauma work is at the heart of what I do.

I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, trauma therapist, and practice owner who is passionate about helping clinicians feel confident, grounded, and well resourced in their work.

I offer monthly EMDR consultation spaces in both individual and small group formats. These spaces are collaborative, supportive, and focused on bringing clarity to complex clinical presentations.

Whether you are working with dissociation, developmental trauma, attachment wounds, early childhood cases, or feeling unsure about target sequencing, you do not have to hold it alone. Together, we focus on making the complex more digestible and identifying interventions that align with your clinical style so you can show up clear, creative, and steady in the room.

These consultation spaces may be a good fit if you are:
• Working toward EMDRIA Certification
• Wanting to deepen case conceptualization and target sequencing
• Integrating EMDR with parts work, Polyvagal theory, somatic strategies, or play based approaches
• Supporting attachment focused or child and adolescent clients
• Looking for support bridging theory with real world clinical work

Current openings include
• Individual EMDR consultation
• Group consultation with a maximum of four consultees

Virtual. Monthly. Additional times available by request.

If you are looking for consultation that blends clinical depth with grounded support, I would love to be part of your consultation journey.

Welcoming Morgan to the NEO MindBody Collab community

At the heart of good therapy is relationship.
Feeling seen. Feeling understood. Having a space where your experiences can be explored without judgment.

Morgan brings that kind of presence to her work.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Morgan holds a Master’s degree from Youngstown State University and has experience in community mental health, student-athlete support, and working with veterans. These environments require clinicians who can stay grounded while supporting people through complex emotional and life transitions. Morgan brings that steadiness into the therapy room.

Her approach is relational and thoughtful. She focuses on meeting each person where they are, helping clients explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the whole person. This kind of work allows space for deeper understanding, emotional processing, and meaningful change over time.

We are grateful to have someone like Morgan joining our NEO MindBody Collab family, offering care that is attentive, steady, and rooted in genuine connection.

If you would like to learn more about Morgan and the work she offers, you can read more on our website through the link in the image.

Healthcare is about more than treating symptoms—it’s about caring for the whole person, including their mental and emotional well-being.

At Root & Rise, we partner with healthcare professionals and organizations to bring trauma-informed, mental health-aware practices into daily care. Our trainings equip providers with practical strategies to better understand patient and family needs, strengthen collaboration across medical and mental health systems, and promote emotionally resilient, inclusive environments.

We know that caring for others can take a toll. That’s why our sessions also focus on provider well-being, offering tools to manage stress, reduce burnout, and build sustainable practices for yourself and your team. By addressing both the human and systemic sides of care, we help healthcare organizations create environments where both providers and patients can thrive.

When healthcare teams are supported, resilient, and connected, care improves for everyone. Together, we can build compassionate, inclusive, and mentally healthy healthcare spaces—because mental health is health.
