Growing a baby is beautiful… but it also asks a lot of your body.

As everything shifts to make space, it’s common to feel back aches, hip tightness, pelvic pressure, or a heavy, uncomfortable feeling.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle way to support your body through those changes. With light, intentional touch, it helps ease tension in the hips, pelvis, and spine while also calming the nervous system because pregnancy isn’t just physical, it’s regulating your whole system.

Many moms say they leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and able to finally exhale.

If you’ve been feeling sore, tight, or just “off,” you don’t have to push through it.
Message me if you’d like to talk about what support could look like for you. 🤍

What most people aren’t told is how deeply your nervous system influences your fertility.

CranioSacral Therapy isn’t a fertility cure, but it does gently support your body’s innate regulation. By helping your nervous system shift out of stress and into a calmer state, CST creates a more receptive internal environment encouraging hormonal balance, reducing anxiety, and supporting your overall wellbeing as you prepare for pregnancy.

If you’re curious about how CST might fit into your conception journey or want to learn more about preparing your body holistically, you’re always welcome to reach out 🤍

If you’re thinking about preparing your body for pregnancy this year, there’s one supportive thing many people overlook: nervous system balance and overall body ease.

Your body’s ability to conceive isn’t just about timing or hormones, it’s also about how relaxed, regulated, and receptive your system feels.
Chronic tension, stress, pelvic restrictions, or holding patterns from past injuries/driving alert mode can all subtly influence:

• Hormonal communication
• Pelvic alignment and circulation
• Reproductive organ function
• Emotional balance and stress response

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) gently works with your body’s craniosacral and nervous system using very light touch to help release tension and support balance. When the nervous system shifts out of “fight or flight” and into a calmer state, it can help create a more supportive environment for conception from improved pelvic mobility to deeper relaxation and better overall well-being.

It’s not a magic fix and it doesn’t promise pregnancy but it CAN be a powerful way to help your body feel more at ease, more regulated, and more prepared for the journey ahead.

If you’ve been focused on all the “to-dos” of conception but haven’t paid much attention to how your body feels underneath it all, this could be a gentle place to start. ✨

Curious about how CST fits into your conception plan? Feel free to reach out!

If you’re doing everything from swaddles, to wake windows, to rocking - and sleep still feels hard, it doesn’t mean you’re missing something.

For many babies, sleep isn’t just about habits. It’s about how safe and calm their nervous system feels.

Birth, feeding challenges, body tension, and early transitions can all place stress on a baby’s system. When their body stays in a heightened state, settling into sleep can be difficult even when they’re exhausted.

CranioSacral Therapy supports sleep by gently calming the nervous system and helping the body release held tension. As regulation improves, many babies are able to settle more easily and rest more deeply without forcing change or overriding their cues.

Sleep is developmental. Support matters. And gentle care can make a meaningful difference.

One thing I want every parent to know: CranioSacral Therapy isn’t about replacing the care you already trust, it’s about supporting it.

Your pediatrician, lactation consultant, or other providers address important medical and developmental needs. CST works gently in the background, helping your baby’s body and nervous system adapt, regulate, and release tension that can show up as discomfort, feeding struggles, or movement resistance.

Many of the challenges parents notice; tummy time resistance, digestive upset, or feeding difficulty, are often tied to how a baby’s body is holding stress or tension from birth and early transitions. CST helps create more ease so the strategies and care you’re already using can work more effectively.

Think of CST as part of a team approach, centered around your baby’s comfort and overall well-being.

If you’re wondering whether your baby could actually tolerate a therapy session, you’re not alone, and that concern makes so much sense.

CranioSacral Therapy for infants is intentionally slow, gentle, and baby-led. There’s no forcing, no “pushing through,” and no expectation for your baby to perform or behave a certain way.

Your baby remains fully clothed, often in your arms, while I use light, supportive touch to help the nervous system and tissues release tension. That sense of safety is key because when a baby feels calm and supported, their body can begin to reorganize and settle.

Sessions are designed to meet your baby where they are that day. Feeding, soothing, breaks, movement, all of it is part of the process.

My goal is always to support both baby and parent, creating an environment where your baby can relax and you can feel confident, informed, and involved.

If you’ve been curious but hesitant, I hope this gives you a clearer picture of what to expect 🤍

If you’ve been told your baby has a tongue tie, you’re probably juggling a lot of information and a lot of feelings.

A restricted frenulum can absolutely impact feeding, but it’s not always the whole picture. Tension from birth or positioning can also limit how freely the tongue, jaw, and neck move together.

Craniosacral therapy offers gentle, whole-body support by helping release tension patterns in the mouth, jaw, neck, and nervous system. This can help your baby feel more comfortable and coordinated, whether you’re exploring a release, preparing for one, or supporting healing afterward.

You don’t have to choose just one path. Many families find that combining CST with lactation and medical care creates more ease for both baby and parent.

If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or just want to explore gentle options, you’re not alone and support is available 🤍
