One of the biggest questions I get is:
“What are you feeling when your hands are on my head and sacrum?”

When I place one hand under your sacrum and one under your occipital bone, I’m tuning into your craniosacral rhythm — a very subtle motion that comes from the flow of your cerebrospinal fluid. Most clients don’t feel this movement, but I do, and it helps me understand where your body is holding tension.

In this demo, I’m showing the dural tube; the long fascial system that connects your head to your sacrum. When that system has restrictions or tightness, it can affect how freely things move within your body.

During a session, my goal is to help:
✅ release tension along that dural tube
✅ support smoother fluid movement
✅ ease restrictions around the nerves connected to different parts of your body

It’s gentle, subtle work but your body’s response is powerful and deeply calming.

Lower back and pelvic pain are so common during pregnancy but that doesn’t mean you have to just put up with it.
Your body is doing a LOT, and sometimes it needs a little extra support to stay comfortable.

Here are 3 simple things you can try this week:
✔️ gentle stretching or prenatal yoga
✔️ a craniosacral therapy session to help your body release tension
✔️ checking in with your posture + alignment during the day
