Reiki Level I Certification Course new date for February at Inner Light Counseling & Wellness, guided by Julie MacRae will be on Saturday February 21st from 1-3 PM. ✨

This training is designed for anyone ready to deepen their healing, understand energy work, and learn the foundations of Reiki for personal or professional growth.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese technique that supports stress reduction, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal. In Level I, you’ll learn how Reiki works, how universal life energy flows, and how to begin using it with confidence.

Pre-registration is required, limited space available. No experience is required.
