My Sound Therapy sessions at Abilis are the highlight of my week! Resonant sound has a profound healing effect on the body, mind and soul and it is my true joy to bring this therapy to the Abilis community to help each individual achieve their highest and greatest good 🙏🎶

Abilis offers weekly Sound Therapy sessions led by Catherine Polisi from the NAAD Center. Using overtone-emitting instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, and drums, Sound Therapy helps restore the body’s natural rhythms and promote overall well-being.
