Another gorgeous but chilly blue bird day but my hat kept me toasty warm while my pup and I cross country skied! 🎿
I highly recommend and her handmade hats which you can find locally at and while you’re there- be sure to check out the maple jelly made by Amy Nadeau of We Bee Jammin LLC, (as well as other wonderful items) you won’t be sorry! ( 😉 🍁 🤤 😋)

Today’s full moon is said to act as a cosmic mirror reflecting back the light we’ve been afraid to claim and also the power we’re hesitant to own… also a message to pause, reflect, breathe and enjoy the calm beauty of winter! I felt that today and enjoyed my reiki meditation cross country ski style, and as time went on, the sun broke and blue skies surrounded our trails!

We are in a deep freeze this weekend, about -14 degrees, but my reiki room and table are warm and cozy and was the perfect setting for today’s reiki healing session!

What a beautiful morning for a Reiki Session! So much healing took place today and I appreciate the time this client took for self care in what is a very busy time in life right now. 🪴
This year, I grew and harvested my own sage for sessions and now that it’s ready, I used it for the first time and it smelled so good! 🌱
As resolutions are made this New Year, make the time for self care with Reiki Healing Sessions- it feels so amazing each time.
Thank you for another year of Reiki and I look forward to more incredible sessions in 2026!
