Reflecting from today’s reiki healing session ~ another wonderful opportunity to assist with healing, the client was not feeling 100% today so I accommodated by using a wedge pillow to allow more of an upright position and this was very beneficial. This session included sound healing and crystals for additional support. Grateful as always!

🌷 Spring Equinox arrived yesterday and what better way to begin the Spring season than with a Reiki healing session?!

Today’s session included sound healing with Tibetan sound bowls, aura cleansing/strengthening as well as balancing with crystals for the correct spin on chakras and plant medicine for additional support~ all with permission by the client.
Reiki {a gentle healing technique originating in Japan}assists with activating the body’s natural ability to heal through nonintrusive and gentle touch (on or off the body), using the flow of energy to encourage healing and relaxation. Reiki compliments medical therapies and treatments, is gentle for patients with acute or chronic illnesses and for patients in the final stages of life.

Another gorgeous but chilly blue bird day but my hat kept me toasty warm while my pup and I cross country skied! 🎿

🌕❄️The Full Snow Moon❄️🌕

Today’s full moon is said to act as a cosmic mirror reflecting back the light we’ve been afraid to claim and also the power we’re hesitant to own… also a message to pause, reflect, breathe and enjoy the calm beauty of winter! I felt that today and enjoyed my reiki meditation cross country ski style, and as time went on, the sun broke and blue skies surrounded our trails!

We are in a deep freeze this weekend, about -14 degrees, but my reiki room and table are warm and cozy and was the perfect setting for today’s reiki healing session!
