Most days, my “2nd shift” starts at 3pm: cleats, carpools, and sideline snacks. With 4 kids in soccer, we have practice every night, and weekends usually mean 3–5 games.

Life is busy, but I’ve learned that when I don’t make time for my own self-care, it catches up fast. This is one reason I’m so passionate about lymphatic and immune support. It’s the reset that helps me show up for my family and my clients.

Self-care doesn’t have to be fancy. For me it’s:

✔️ Drinking water consistently
✔️2-mile walk with my husband after the kids are in bed
✔️ Gentle lymphatic massage to help my body recover from long, busy days

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted consistently, so hey again, I’m Heather! A licensed massage therapist, specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post-op care.

I’m also a mom of 4 (all in club soccer! So our evenings and weekends are basically on the field ⚽). Last year, I went through thyroid cancer and a thyroidectomy- a journey that completely shifted how I see health, wellness, and self-care.

With 4 kids and their crazy schedules, I’m limited to my time in the office, but when I’m there, I’m all in. I love helping people heal, feel lighter, less puffy, and more in tune with their bodies. Whether you’re recovering from surgery or just trying to keep up with a busy life, I’ve been there, and I get it.

This space is for tips, education, and little reminders to take care of you. Thanks for following along! 🤍
