Most days, my “2nd shift” starts at 3pm: cleats, carpools, and sideline snacks. With 4 kids in soccer, we have practice every night, and weekends usually mean 3–5 games.
Life is busy, but I’ve learned that when I don’t make time for my own self-care, it catches up fast. This is one reason I’m so passionate about lymphatic and immune support. It’s the reset that helps me show up for my family and my clients.
Self-care doesn’t have to be fancy. For me it’s:
✔️ Drinking water consistently
✔️2-mile walk with my husband after the kids are in bed
✔️ Gentle lymphatic massage to help my body recover from long, busy days
