If you’re using an LED mask between Zoom meetings…
you don’t want it leaving marks on your face.
Here are the green flags to look for when choosing one:
Wavelength matters. Red light in the right range supports collagen and helps reduce inflammation.
Coverage matters. More bulbs, better distribution. Gaps = uneven results.
Distance matters. If it doesn’t sit close and contour your face, it’s not delivering energy effectively.
Fit matters. It should attach from the top, feel balanced, and not leave pressure marks after use.
And most importantly… consistency.
A kind reminder: LED can be a great support, but it’s not a replacement for treatments that address deeper structure or internal balance.
