We would like to inform you that Liberty Dental will no longer be providing coverage for patients with Medicare TruAdvantage plans.

Going forward, Humana Dental will be responsible for the dental portion of your insurance package.

While our office is not part of Humana's network, we will be happy to submit your insurance claims for you. Please note that you may still be required to pay out-of-pocket expenses.
