Hearne Vision Care State of art optometry practice opened August 19, 2013 We value our patients, respect their time and are happy to see patients of all ages.

Hearne Vision Care is a eye care facility that is born out of Dr. Hearne’s experience of practicing optometry in Southern Indiana for the past 25+ years. This practice encompasses all of Dr. Hearne’s proven successes in his previous practices combining them into a new cutting edge, full service optometric practice. The new practice includes an experienced staff that exceeds 50 years of patient service; so rest assured, you will be greeted by a familiar smiling face. The paperless patient flow allows for a high level of care and efficiency ensuring a timely, yet thorough visit. The mission of Hearne Vision Care is to be a local, independent eye care facility that provides the best in patient care. Services offered are eye health, distinctive designer frames, the best in spectacle lens designs, low vision rehabilitation, and advanced contact lenses all provided by a knowledgeable doctor and staff who are committed to improving the patient’s quality of life. Hearne Vision Care provides a caring, family friendly environment that strives to educate and manage our patient’s vision needs all while forming a lifetime relationship with our patients and their families.

Yearly eye exam for me today. Dr. Chassie Broadus, owner of Expert Eyecare, graciously did my eye exam today. Wonderful experience, minus a serious dilation to check my cataracts and retinal health. 👀

Always amuses us as you all think we are competing with each other and would not be friends? But all practices in North Vernon have terrific doctors and we trust each other for care too! And we really are friends with each other. Good having Mandy be my technician today too as she has been our server many times at Nash’s.
