What is Chi?

Chi (qi) is that which gives life, commonly known as life force. It's the basis of reiki. A strong life force makes a human being alive, alert and present while a weak force results in sluggishness and fatigue.

Each of our chakras are points of that chi when we have a blockage we may experience certain things in our lives.

If you have been feeling out of sorts in any way a reiki session may benefit you.
I work one on one with you and your chi as well as the chi in the universe channeling and opening any blockages you may be experiencing.

This will allow you to become more aware of yourself and your body and what is going on.

I also recommend meditation for many of my clients through either guided meditations if you are just starting out such as calm or peloton just to name a few.

So I was recently listening to a podcast like many do and re reading crystals for beginners in audio book and I thought I should probably touch base with this-

putting crystals in our drinking water may be something we want to do may not be the best to do for our health and the crystals safety.

Most crystals that end in item will crumble or contain chemicals that are not safe to drink!

When charging and cleansing your crystals consider using moon light , salt, selenite or other means!

Today is Halloween but it is also Samhain. Time to honor our loved ones past and celebrate and feast!
I’m making pumpkin apple pie cinnamon rolls , chili and corn bread and this simmer pot.
