Here's your holiday nutrition reminder that it is all about BALANCE!

Don't be afraid to indulge a bit for the 4th, but also don't shy away from a little extra protein or a bowl of salad (and I'm not talking potato!)

In less than a minute, uncover detailed insights about your health and wellness. You'll receive a comprehensive report, interpreted by a certified INBODY specialist (thatโ€™s me! ๐Ÿ˜„). This isnโ€™t just about your weight and standard goalsโ€”it's about understanding your entire body composition.

You donโ€™t need to be a regular client to use the scanner. Itโ€™s a separate service from everything else I offer.

Drop in for a scan and see me next quarter, or we can work together more frequently. Either way, Iโ€™m here to help you reach your goals.

I recommend a scan every 3 months to track progress and keep you accountable (more or less depending on your goals). Feel free to come in whenever you're ready to take the next step.

Creating a rainbow plate is not only visually appealing but also packed with a variety of nutrients. Today, we're making a delicious and vibrant stir-fry with:

๐ŸŒˆ Red, yellow, and green bell peppers
๐ŸŒˆ Broccoli florets
๐ŸŒˆ Carrot slices
๐ŸŒˆ Snap peas
๐ŸŒˆ Tofu cubes

All tossed in a flavorful ginger-soy sauce!

Each color on your plate represents different vitamins and minerals essential for your health. For example, bell peppers are rich in vitamin C, carrots provide beta-carotene, and broccoli is a great source of fiber and vitamin K.

Here's how to make it:

๐Ÿ— Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken ๐Ÿ—

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
