Since opening my private coaching practice in 2020, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of children, teens, young adults, and parents: supporting them through some of their most tender, challenging, and transformative seasons of life.
While I hold advanced degrees and professional certifications, what truly sets my work apart is experience: years of sitting with youth and families, listening deeply, and meeting them exactly where they are with compassion, structure, and practical tools that support real growth.
In my work as an Art-Based Emotional Wellness Life Coach, I support youth and families in areas including:
• Reducing anxiety and emotional overwhelm
• Building confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth
• Navigating life transitions (especially teen → young adult)
• Strengthening coping skills and emotional regulation
• Supporting youth experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harm tendencies
• Developing social skills and healthy peer relationships
• Increasing resilience and emotional flexibility
• Improving focus, concentration, and time-management skills
• Encouraging healthy routines and self-care practices
• Supporting self-advocacy and clear communication
• Strengthening connection to self and others
Many parents come to me with children who have been diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, or who identify as neurodivergent. While I honor these diagnoses, I do not define a child by them. I see the whole individual: their strengths, sensitivities, creativity, and potential.
My approach is strengths-based, relationship-centered, and individualized. I meet each child, teen, and family exactly where they are, supporting them in discovering tools and strategies that align with who they are; not who they’re expected to be.
Before beginning services, I offer a free parent consultation call (via Zoom). During this call, I ask parents to share three goals they would like their child to work toward in sessions. I also invite the youth to share their own goals (when I meet them). Sessions are then intentionally guided around these shared goals, ensuring collaboration, clarity, and progress.
I also offer a free in-person meet-and-greet for families, allowing your child to meet me, explore the studio space, and see if the environment feels safe, comfortable, and supportive.
If you’re curious about whether this approach may be a good fit for your family, I’d love to connect.
