Mayfair Way Update: The Boil Water Notice has now been lifted. Normal use of tap water may resume for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, and making ice.

We sincerely thank our members for your patience, understanding, and cooperation while this precautionary measure was in place. Your support helps us ensure the continued safety and reliability of our water system.

UPDATE: The water main break has been repaired. Thank you all for your patience.

Unfortunately, there is another water main break on Mayfair Way.

The crew will be responding immediately, if they are not already on scene.

We appreciate everyone’s continued patience and understanding as we work through this unexpected issue and restore normal service as quickly and safely as possible.

Thank you to our members for your patience and understanding while this repair was being completed.

The work on the Mayfair Way water main is now complete, and service has been restored.

Out of an abundance of caution, members who lost water completely, should continue to boil their water until further notice. We will notify the community as soon as the boil water precaution can be lifted.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to the members who brought food and coffee to the crew while they were working in the freezing temperatures. Your kindness and support meant a great deal to the team. ♥️

Attention All LAC Members re: CONTINUED WATER MAIN REPAIRS

Thank you again to our members for your continued patience and understanding while we work to complete this repair.

The work on the Mayfair Way water main was not able to be fully completed today. Our crew will be returning tomorrow morning to finish the repairs.

During this work tomorrow, there is a possibility that some homes throughout the community may temporarily lose water service. As a precaution, if you experience a complete loss of water at any time tomorrow, we recommend following a Boil Water Notice until further notice.

Boil water for at least one minute before using it for:

Drinking
Cooking
Brushing teeth
Making ice

Brown water may also occur, this is due to naturally occurring minerals (manganese) that deposit themselves on the inside of the water mains that are being dislodged by the high water velocities that are caused by water main breaks. These minerals are unsightly, but not harmful, the only action you need to take is to run your water until it runs clear,

We appreciate your patience as we complete this important work and ensure the reliability of the system.

2/13/26 Water Main Break Update:

We would first like to sincerely thank our members for your patience and understanding while this repair was taking place. We truly appreciate your support.

Our crew worked late into the night and remained on site until early this morning to repair the break.

The line is currently back in service, however, the crew will need to return to complete a permanent repair. **Because of this additional work, members throughout the community may notice some changes in water pressure later this morning.**

The water main break on Mayfair Way has been located. Our crew will be beginning repair work shortly.

We will have to close Mayfair Way at the intersections of Greenfield Road and Northland Road.
