“Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” – Ephesians 6:11
This time of year, it’s all about costumes—masks, makeup, wigs, and pretending to be something we’re not. But in Christ, we’re called to live unmasked. We don’t dress up to impress the world; we suit up in truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:14–17).
Fitness teaches us discipline, resilience, and consistency—and so does faith. Just as we train our physical bodies, we’re called to train spiritually too. The enemy doesn’t care how fit your body is if your heart is weak. But when you suit up daily in God’s armor, you become spiritually strong and spiritually fit.
So while others focus on outward appearances this season, we train differently.
We’re not here for costumes—we’re here for transformation.
We don’t fake strength—we build it in body and in spirit.
We don’t run from fear—we walk in power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
As candy and comfort tempt you to overindulge this season, ask:
“Am I feeding my body or numbing my spirit?”
Choose fuel over fluff—spiritually and physically.
No masks, no fakes—just real strength in Christ!
