I've had the privilege of working with my client for five years now. Notably, after our second year together, I observed a significant improvement in her condition following each session. Her back would relax, and the curvature of her spine would noticeably decrease.
Lordosis, characterized by an excessive inward curvature of the lower back (lumbar spine), can be caused by various factors, including:
•Muscle imbalance
•Poor posture
•Genetics
•Posture
•Neurological disorders (e.g., cerebral palsy)
•Spinal injuries or conditions (e.g., spondylolisthesis)
Common symptoms of lordosis may include:
•Lower back pain
•Stiffness or limited mobility
•Difficulty standing up straight
•Fatigue
•Muscle spasms
Through consistent sessions and targeted interventions, we've been able to manage and alleviate these symptoms, leading to significant improvements in my client's overall well-being.
