The vital life force of the Reiki Ray clarified my direction and empowered my soul's evolution, aiding me as I sought to manifest my dreams and highest potential.

I went on to become a Reiki Master Teacher in November of 1997 and I have been practicing ever since, working directly with many, many clients and teaching students how to step into their abilities as a healing facilitator.

Reiki is a wonderful healing modality, offering an incredible, energetic foundation that integrates well with other healing practices such as crystals, sound healing, massage therapy, spirit work and more.
Reiki also facilitates and supports your soul evolution, growth and healing in a deep and profound way.

My Reiki journey began many years ago at a very important crossroads time in my life, and a couple of years before my first Saturn Return. It provided a profound foundation to my healing, personal development, and spiritual growth.

🌜 Becoming attuned to Reiki, ushered in empowering guidance from my Reiki Teacher which aided me in claiming my voice and standing in my truth.

⭐ Each attunement became a pivotal moment, building on the energetic layers, that helped me cleanse, ground and regenerate. Now, years later, Reiki still provides such solid ground and continues to guide me and inspires my work in the world as a Healing Practitioner and Teacher.

🔥 It is always an honor and a blessing to teach and empower folks on their Reiki Path. One of the aspects I love most about Reiki is its highly integrative nature. I love witnessing the unique way Reiki will express its healing vibration through the individual healer, as they step further on to their path.

I still remember one of the most pivotal rituals I was ever in and it happened over 37 years ago.

Yes, you read that correctly.

37 YEARS ago. (I was 22 at the time.)

It took place in the liminal darkness that follows sunset...

In a clearing on the side of a mountain in the heart of Vermont.

In a circle with more than 50 other like minded folk gathered together.

Stationed in each of the four directions were four Earth-Centered Priestesses who cast the circle and called in the Elemental Forces.

But, it was everyone present and participating that generated the incredible vortex of energy that night.

Together we stood, hand in hand, lifting our voices in song, first to align our energies and then to raise our collective energy as a radiant full moon crested over the tree line, slowly flooding the field in luminous, silver light.

Standing there was both profoundly affirming and life changing.

In that remote wilderness, feet rooted on the earth, voices lifted to the cosmos, and woven into the greater collective web; we came together in sacred relationship with the earth. We sang in beauty and we sang to honor life, and our closest celestial neighbor. For many present, the moon was the embodiment of the Goddess Herself. I was completely transported by the moment; the mystical tide of our voices, a circle of beings awash in moonlight deep in the mountains... it all reverberated deep into my bones with ancient familiarity.

This moment rewired my mind and blew open my soul.

So much so, I can close my eyes and still feel it etched into my flesh, and scribed upon my heart.

As I rode the breath of magick, I understood that ritual was not just a bridge between the worlds, but one between modern paths and ancient ways.

Descending the Spiral- Shadow Work Between Waypoints of Samhain & Yule

In the liminal time from Samhain to Yule, we walk the spirit roads of the Underworld as we travel between these Waypoints of the Great Wheel. This is a potent time for delving deep and exploring the reflections our Shadows' cast in the mirrored surfaces of the Dreamtime.

Join us in Ritual as we collectively descend through the Seven Gates of the Underworld for personal and collective healing.

Together we will descend the Sacred Spiral of Life and Death, passing through the Seven Gates of Underworld. We will pause at each one for greater understanding that comes from contemplating the Shadow our Dream Walker casts. As the Oak and Holly Kings are Sacred Twins of Shadow and Light, so do we each embody duality within ourselves. This Ritual is about recovering wisdom, integration and healing.

As we explore the wisdom of "what lies beneath" held within the roots, bones, stones and soil of ourselves, we invite the spaciousness for reflection, rest, repair and restoration. It is in this Shadow Journey that we become the seeds, bulbs, rhyzomes, roots and mycelium networks that fuel the growth of future dreams, potential and possibilities. Upon our Return from the Underworld, we will release, ground and center.

Our Rituals are intentionally kept small, when it comes to the number of attendees, so we can facilitate a focused and deeply supportive magickal experience.

Once the Ritual ends, attendees are welcome to stay for sharing in a light snack and socializing.

These sacred ceremonies are for like-minded mystical folk who desire to come together (in-person) in facilitated, safe space to explore and embody their magick. Co-facilitated by Winifred Costello, founder of AwenTree, and Anthony Gladu.
