Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana) — Do it the Right Way 🧘‍♀️

Avoid rounding your spine and dumping weight into the heels. Instead, hinge from the hips, keep your spine long, engage your core, and relax the shoulders away from the ears. If your hamstrings feel tight, simply bend your knees or use blocks for support. Proper alignment protects the lower back and deepens the stretch in the hamstrings and spine.
