Call us at 413-586-1642 Our Befrienders are available to talk, listen, share information, and offer our services where we can during this time of in-person closure. If you do not reach a Befriender, please leave a message. We will call you back as soon as possible. Our Befrienders will let you know how to access additional services while we operate remotely due to the pandemic. --spend time in our meditation garden; an oasis for healing the spirit;
--nine cancer support groups, including one in Amherst: breast cancer, metastatic breast cancer, advanced cancer (phone support), gynecological cancers, men's cancers, all-cancers (groups in Amherst and Northampton), caregivers and families and a self-care skills and support group;
--integrative therapies- We are currently offering calming strategies telehealth to help you cope with the inevitable stress of a cancer diagnosis and treatment. We are also offering Calming Strategies and Relaxation Recordings, with Ann Buscemi
--programs to strengthen the body and soothe the soul:
