Our Developmental & Brain Injury Services (DBIS) division and auditing team hosted a holiday party for our residential managers yesterday!
Everyone brought their holiday spirit and took part in games, refreshments, and wreath-making!🎉🎄
Fifteen teams compete to cross a “lava pit🌋” using only small safe spots on the floor—and we added extra challenges to keep things interesting! The event focused on teamwork and community building, and everyone brought incredible energy and creativity.
Thank you to everyone for making such a memorable holiday party!

This generous gift directly supports RVCC’s programs and its mission to provide compassionate, high-quality behavioral health and support services to individuals and families throughout Western Massachusetts.
The festival raised $40,000 total, donating the other $20,000 to Forum House/ Viability.
As winter approaches, ServiceNet’s Shelter and Housing Division has reopened its warming center in the dining area of the First United Methodist Church in Pittsfield.
The warming center offers a safe place for individuals to escape the cold, warm up, and access snacks and hot beverages. It will be open seven days a week from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. throughout the winter season (November 17, 2025, through April 17, 2026).
Staff at the warming center are currently seeking donations of adult winter coats and boots. Items can be dropped off in Pittsfield at the emergency shelter at 21 Pearl Street or at ServiceNet’s housing resource center at 141 North Street.

Meet Colin Kazunas, a program manager at ServiceNet's Prospect Meadow Farm!
Initially, Colin joined as a job coach in 2019, drawn by his interest in the farm's shiitake mushroom production. Since then, he has stepped into leadership roles, trying his best to make program participants feel fulfilled at the farm.
Not every day at the farm is easy, but what gives Colin the most satisfaction is watching individuals meet their goals, gain independence, and continue to grow.
"Whether it's larger or smaller goals, or just seeing the life progress made," said Kazunas, "I enjoy seeing the real impact we have on people here."

Happy Giving Tuesday! 💜
While many of us are keeping an eye on the forecast and thinking about how much snow might be coming our way ☃️, today is also about a different kind of accumulation (and a much warmer one!)—the collective support that grows when individuals like you give back to our community.
Your gift helps expand and strengthen essential services across Western Massachusetts, and ensures we can respond quickly when food insecurity or housing instability affects our neighbors.
Every donation counts, together, we can turn small acts into a snowstorm of support! ❄️
Join us on Wednesday, December 3 and Wednesday, December 17, for two upcoming on-the-spot hiring events!
📍 Where: 1236 Main Street, Holyoke, MA 01040
⏰ When: Drop in anytime between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Bring your résumé, driver’s license, Social Security card or work authorization, and a list of references, then walk in for an interview on the spot!
We’re hiring Direct Care Workers and Supervisors. No high school diploma or college degree required—we provide training! A valid driver’s license (6+ months) with a good driving record is required.
