We combine functional movements with mindfulness & breathing to support you in deepening your awareness & living your yoga. I help people to slow down, breathe and move with intention and mindfulness. I teach alignment-based vinyasa yoga classes, restorative yoga classes, and I offer Reiki as well as Restorative Yoga with Reiki sessions privately all to help people move from stressed out and overwhelmed back to a place of center, ease and balance

Prepping for tonight's class! This week we are exploring core stability and mobility via the transverse plane. I like finding the balance between using the muscles to create the action - the twist for example - and using the muscles to create stability as the limbs move. It's Wednesday, so that means our Mindful Flow Yoga class is happening tonight! I'm looking forward to continuing our exploration of the core. This week, we'll experience our core muscles at work as we focus on frontal plane movements - the movements that are more side-to-side, rather than front to back - Warrior II, side-angle pose have more of a frontal plane orientation.
