Yoga Bliss Our online yoga studio offers flow & restorative yoga classes. We emphasize mindful movement, self-inquiry & self-care.

We combine functional movements with mindfulness & breathing to support you in deepening your awareness & living your yoga. I help people to slow down, breathe and move with intention and mindfulness. I teach alignment-based vinyasa yoga classes, restorative yoga classes, and I offer Reiki as well as Restorative Yoga with Reiki sessions privately all to help people move from stressed out and overwhelmed back to a place of center, ease and balance

Right now, life feels like an all-you-can-eat buffet, when you can’t stop eating. There is so much information coming at us from all angles - so much news, and promotional material, and advice to consume…it’s too much.

Tuning in to our senses can offer us so much information about what is happening now, and that’s what mindfulness practices ask us to do: to be present with what is without expectation, or judgment, or a desire to change things. We notice and arrive in the moment.

Let this gentle inquiry draw you into now, so that you can just be with whatever is. your nervous system thanks you!

What happens during the in-between moments? Do you zone out, not realizing how you got from A to B? This is what we are exploring tonight in our online class. www.thisisyourbliss.com to register!

Mindfulness practices invite us to pay attention moment by moment non-judgmentally, with curiosity. And, when we notice that we've zoned out, we gently bring the attention back to whatever we were focusing on.

This meets that" and "Change one thing" are two of my favorite tools. Sometimes the shifts are subtle and sometimes they are big, and sometimes they lead to something else.
