Does it all feel like too much lately? Maybe you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck? Are you craving a space where you can reconnect with yourself, with community, and with the natural world? That makes sense, there is a lot of heaviness and uncertainty in our collective experience these days.

If you would like to take some time to tune in, listen to, and incorporate the wisdom of your body and the Earth’s body to support your healing, we invite you to join in this ecosomatic self-resourcing retreat.

This will be a space to slow down, explore grounding practices, move in ways that feel good & supportive, reflect on the upcoming change in season, and connect with others in the community.

Facilitated by: Auriane Vacher, registered dance/movement therapist and mental health counselor

Date: Saturday, December 6th from 10am-12pm
