I value Qigong and Yoga as independent, ancient systems to achieve health, vitality, deeper spiritual connection and balance on all levels of our being. I also see Qigong and Yoga as powerful allies that when fused together provide the benefits of both mind/body practices. I have never felt and will never feel like I am betraying either practice in the sharing of them together. Personally, I can’t imagine my life or the well being I now feel without them. Both Qigong and Yoga have played the most important role in healing my nervous system caused by early childhood trauma. In the process of pursuing deep inner work and healing, I have also cultivated energy, health and strength I feel grow inside of me the more I embrace Qigong and Yoga each day.
