Candlelight Yinyasa! ✨
Wednesday nights at 7:15pm starting 11/5!
We’re adding candles and shifting the time a little earlier! 🕯️

This class is great for all levels and provides lots of modifications to make it accessible for all. Yinyasa is a mix of gentle vinyasa and yin yoga blended together to make a stretchy, feel-good flow! Vinyasa involves elements of strengthening and energizing, while yin is all about opening up and letting go. Yin works to release tight fascia and allow energy to flow more freely. Stretchy and rejuvenating poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the benefits to truly sink in. In this class you will flow through poses in a gentle and accessible way, with pauses in yin poses to open the body and get energy flowing. This practice is as much for your mind as it is for your body. You will leave feeling clearer and calmer, as well as more open and comfortable in your body.

Flow & Let Go (with Prop Exploration!)
*NEW CLASS* Wednesdays at 6:00pm starting 11/5!

In this special Prop Exploration series, each week we will highlight a different yoga prop—such as blocks, straps, blankets, or bolsters—and weave it into both the flowing and restorative portions of class. Props will be used as tools to deepen alignment, support the body, and invite new ways of experiencing familiar poses. This playful approach makes the practice more accessible while also expanding your options for challenge, comfort, and release.

Movement & Meditation Class- Fridays at 9:15am
*running for a limited time 11/7-12/19*

This class is wonderful for those who have never experienced meditation & yoga as well as more advanced students. The first 30 minutes of class starts with a gentle yoga flow to open the body and center your energy. The last 30 minutes of class we will work with various meditation techniques to calm and reset. The intention for this class is to bring balance and peace to mind, body, and spirit.

We’re adding a meditation class Friday mornings at 9:15am with Erica from 9/26 to 10/31! A great way to end your week with some peace and rejuvenation!

This class is wonderful for those who have never experienced meditation as well as more advanced students. We will work with various techniques including to find stillness. We will share ways to find comfort in a seated pose, or you are always welcome to modify and lay down. The intention for this class is to bring balance and peace in the present moment.

Join Cara for our Yoga Basics Series!!

In this class, students will be gently guided through a slower paced class focusing on foundational yoga poses. Come learn in a safe and supportive environment, as you gain confidence to enter into our other yoga classes. There will be time set aside after class for any questions you may have. This class is specifically designed for those who are new to yoga, so there is no previous experience required.
This class will teach students the basic postures seen in most yoga classes- basic balancing poses, simply breathing techniques, and basic sun salutations. You will also learn how to modify poses to fit your body. Yoga is never about forcing your body into a pose. We believe yoga should involve listening to your body and finding the best way to practice that fits you. Students will leave this class feeling confident and supported in the start of their yoga journey.

Cost- Drop in rate- $24
