YOGA BASICS IS COMING BACK!
Sundays at 8:30am (1/4- 2/8)
Erica and Rachel will be running this 6 week beginner series starting in January!
You can attend all 6 classes or drop in as you are able to! 💜
In this class, students will be gently guided through a slower paced class focusing on foundational yoga poses. Come learn in a safe and supportive environment, as you gain confidence to enter into our other yoga classes. There will be time set aside after class for any questions you may have. This class is specifically designed for those who are new to yoga, so there is no previous experience required.
This class will teach students the basic postures seen in most yoga classes- basic standing and sitting and balancing poses, simply breathing techniques, and basic sun salutations. You will also learn how to modify poses to fit your body. Yoga is never about forcing your body into a pose. We believe yoga should involve listening to your body and finding the best way to practice that fits you. Students will leave this class feeling confident and supported in the start of their yoga journey.
