Pause Wears started really simply… I kept finding shirts with positive messages and wearing them around the office, and people always commented on them. I realized I love when the message is on the back — it gives someone behind you a moment to read it without feeling awkward or “in your face.”

So I thought, why not create something that lets people feel seen or encouraged in those tiny everyday moments? That’s the whole heart of Pause Wears: a little reminder that helps someone breathe, reconnect, or even smile right when they need it most.

PWC continues to expand as we welcome Jane Campion, LCSW to our team! Jane specializes in treating substance use disorders and dual diagnoses, as well as complex trauma. She has worked with clients of all ages in a variety of settings. Jane is also a local artist, so she often incorporates expressive art therapies into her treatment with clients.

Savannah will be joining the PWC team on August 4th, and she's bringing a new therapy modality to our practice: drama therapy! In addition to her licensure in mental health counseling, she is also a registered drama therapist. She has experience with a wide variety of clinical concerns, including suicidality, depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, housing and food insecurity, substance use, grief, life transitions, and auditory hallucinations.
