Turn up the heat and elevate your practice. This advanced, fast-paced Pilates class is performed in a heated studio (80–85°) to increase circulation, deepen muscle engagement, and challenge both strength and endurance. Expect continuous movement, athletic sequencing, and higher-level Pilates progressions that target the core, glutes, and full body with precision and control. This class is best suited for experienced participants who are comfortable with foundational Pilates technique and ready for a greater intensity. Bring lots of water and a sweat towel. Hydration is strongly recommended.
For safety reasons, this class is not suitable for those with physical limitations, injuries, or conditions impacted by heat. If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with a non-heated class.
