My business was born out of a great concern for people's health and well-being. When my own regular workout routine proved to be helpless against my achey back and weak core, I realized I was missing something... a body awareness that could help me discover and work on my strength from within. That's how I found Pilates. I soon realized that, like the "old me," many (most) people walk around all their lives having no idea how to use and keep their body healthy and strong. So I founded my studio, hoping I could share my newfound knowledge with others and help them lead more complete and healthy lives. Over the past 15 years, the studio has grown to offer a diverse and holistic schedule of Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness classes. Our instructors have extensive knowledge, training and experience, and they give tremendous care and individual attention to each and every one of our clients. Turn up the heat and elevate your practice. This advanced, fast-paced Pilates class is performed in a heated studio (80–85°) to increase circulation, deepen muscle engagement, and challenge both strength and endurance. Expect continuous movement, athletic sequencing, and higher-level Pilates progressions that target the core, glutes, and full body with precision and control. This class is best suited for experienced participants who are comfortable with foundational Pilates technique and ready for a greater intensity. Bring lots of water and a sweat towel. Hydration is strongly recommended.

For safety reasons, this class is not suitable for those with physical limitations, injuries, or conditions impacted by heat. If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with a non-heated class.

Come relax with us at the studio tonight!

A gentle practice set to soothing music & candlelight that combines stretching asanas (poses) and restorative asanas (poses held for longer periods of time using props) to increase flexibility and reduce stress just before the holidays. This class is more Yin in nature in that it is slower-paced to train one in the habit of slowing down, paying attention, and listening. This type of practice helps to balance the solar, firey nature of our primarily Yang, or active, life styles. It is a great way to unwind from a busy week and bring balance to your energy.

PLEASE BRING TO THE STUDIO:
Blanket
A bolster/pillow/small couch cushion
We have yoga mats, straps and blocks you can use but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
