I know, I know, breastmilk is supposed to be perfect. HOWEVER, given how little sun most of us get (especially the further north of the equator or the further south of the equator we live) and how our food systems have changed over the decades, babies DO need vitamin D supplementation. The only real exception is if the parent has a very robust vitamin D blood level (ideally 40 - 100 ng/mL). As adults, it is also recommend that we take a healthy dose of vitamin D, more than is in our multi-vitamin. I'm not giving you medical advice here, but just recommending you get your levels tested. Just a level of 30 is not okay, it's just barely getting by...get tested, consult with your doctor AND inform yourself with information from a qualified nutritionist, dietition, or functional medicine provider.

I am getting ready to do some additional educational content about fl**ge fitting and many people need to get lactation care via video consult, it's the reality of life today. I'd like to find three people with whom I can provide a fl**ge fitting via video consult, but it will be recorded and made into educational content for lactation care providers.

I'm looking for people who are:
🇱🇷 pumping in the United States (sorry, this is for ease of getting fl**ges to you!)
😫 are experiencing discomfort, pain, or damage from pumping
and/or not yielding as much milk as you think you could yield
👩🏾👩🏻👩🏼 2 of the three volunteers would ideally be people of color (representation matters and we don't have enough people of color represented in educational content, I'm hoping to help change that!)
📅 These sessions would happen in the next two weeks.

Your face will not end up being in the final content, for privacy purposes.

Those who are selected will receive FREE fl**ges(sent to you ahead of time) and a FREE virtual fl**ge fitting with me, Jeanette Mesite Frem, the creator of the Fl**ge FITS Guide.

Apply by 2/20 via email at jeanette@babiesincommon.com

In the email, let me know how old your baby is, which pump you are using, which fl**ges you have tried pumping with, your current pumping situation as far as comfort and how much milk you get, and what you are looking for help with and what you have tried so far.

If you are not chosen, I will be able to connect you with my colleagues who can help you, either in person or virtually, based on where you live, as I have colleagues around the world who are doing fl**ge fittings based on what they have learned from me and my Guide. :)

Apply today! Only three spots available!
