✨ Sometimes the smallest reminders make the biggest difference.

Last week, I watched my 4-year-old close her eyes on the monkey bars, whisper, “I can do this,” and then make it all the way across — one bar at a time.

It got me thinking about self-talk — that constant conversation we have with ourselves. When it’s encouraging, it can help us keep going. When it’s critical, it can stop us before we even start.

This week, I’m sharing a story, a mindset shift, and one small action you can take to create momentum toward your goals. Because it’s not about doing it perfectly — it’s about creating progress, not perfection.

We spent the morning at Little Words Project making bracelets with words that mean something to us—stuff that grounds us, inspires us, or just feels like where we’re at right now.

It was such a fun way to slow down and connect as a team (and turns out, picking a word is harder than it sounds 😅).

Those early months (and honestly, the whole first year) of motherhood can feel like a whirlwind — sleepless nights, endless feeding schedules, shifting identities, and the quiet weight of wondering, “Is it just me? Am I doing this right?”

If you’ve found yourself feeling isolated, overwhelmed, exhausted, or like everyone else is somehow handling it better — this space is for you. This weekly support group is designed specifically for moms in the newborn to one-year stage — whether you're navigating postpartum, staying at home, or just trying to make it through the day without googling 47 things before noon.

Led by an experienced therapist (and fellow mom of two), this group offers a judgment-free space to connect, share honestly, and feel understood by other women who get it.
