We love using fun, seasonal activities to target language, problem-solving, creativity, and social skills. Building a leprechaun trap is the perfect way to work on planning, describing, sequencing, and imaginative play — and the kids LOVE it!

There was a lot of Chinese new year fun over here! We learned all about traditions, made lanterns, tried dumplings & fortune cookies, and played Headbands with themed vocabulary — all while targeting expressive/receptive language, social skills, turn-taking, and flexible thinking through play! •

Groundhog Day was a huge success! We had so much fun targeting every area of speech and language throughout the week last week! We targeted expressive and receptive language, articulation, executive functioning, social/pragmatic skills, and so much more!
