November is Early Childhood Mental Health Awareness Month! 💟

This month is all about understanding how important mental health is for young kids as they grow. Here are some helpful things to keep in mind:

- Building close, caring relationships with your child’s caregivers helps them develop strong social and emotional skills.

- Keep an eye on how your child is learning and growing: things like talking, walking, and thinking. If you’re worried about any of these areas, talk to your child’s doctor.

- Watch for signs like your child being very clingy, upset when separated from you, acting aggressively, or seeming scared. These might be signs that they need some extra support.

- Teaching kids how to understand and control their feelings and impulses is really important. These skills help them stay healthy and happy as they grow up.
