Appointment no show fee reminder

We would like to remind our valued patients that failure to provide at least 24 hours notice of an appointment cancellation may result in a $50 no show fee assessed to your account. This fee is not covered by your insurance.

If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, please make sure you call to cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time so we can use this time slot for another patient.

Office closure notice

Both our offices will be closed on Friday morning, January 17 so our employees can attend the funeral of our beloved lab manager, Magali. We anticipate opening our phones no later than noon on Friday for same day appointment on Friday afternoon.

Should you leave an urgent message while the office is closed, it may not be returned until after the funeral is complete. In case of emergency, call 9-1-1

We are saddened to let you know that our long time employee and lab manager, Magali Torres, passed away unexpectedly this weekend. Magali was Taina’s mom and Amanda’s aunt, who both work in our office. Our practice is in mourning as we process this devastating loss.

While we ask for everyone's prayers during this difficult time, we are requesting the utmost privacy for the family. We kindly ask that our APP families limit questions or personal inquiries during this time while our team mourns.

However, notes of sympathy would be appreciated, should you feel so inclined. They will be forwarded to the family.
