MWAGA is headquartered in Northbrook, IL and includes Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota in its region. Our association is under the larger umbrella of the National Amputee Golf Association (NAGA: www.nagagolf.org) headquartered in Smyrna, TN. We do more than play golf…………..we donated to the firemen in NYC after 9/11, we have donated to an orphanage in Haiti; we give yearly academic scholarships to amputees and family members of amputees, we conduct “First Swing” golf clinics for disabled golfers, and one of our members has traveled to Boston to mentor some of the Boston Marathon amputees.

Hey Everyone, recently we had one of our board members step down, leaving an opening on our Board of Trustees, and we are looking for someone to fill the role. The time commitment is minimal, we usually hold a virtual board meeting once every 2 months, a little more frequently as out tournament approaches and positively represent MWAGA at any Adaptive event/tournament you attend. You dont have to be an amputee or someone who plays golf, just have a passion for or organization and our event.

Hey Everyone, save the date for NAGA’s National championships in Southern Pines,NC August 24th-26th, 2026!!!

Save the Date!!! The NAGA National Championship and Senior National Championship will be held August 24th through 26th in Southern Pines, NC at Hyland Golf Club.

Registration for the 2026 MWAGA Adaptive Open is no available on our website, MWAGA.org. This year tournament will be on September 12th & 13th at Redtail Golf Club in Lakewood, IL

Hotel accommodations are also available through Country Inn & Suites in Crystal Lake, IL. Registration link for the hotel can also be found on our website.
