We are here to be of service to the community. Natalie will be offering a grounding sound bath meditation to soothe the nervous system, along with individual reiki.

We will be ringing in 2026 with a New Year's Day sound bath from 12-1PM at Sanctuary Wellness Studio. Join us for a day to reflect, relax and recharge for the year ahead!

No pressure, no resolutions… only the quiet permission to let go, exhale, and begin a new year with inner peace, clarity, and an open heart.

Feeling so blessed for the community we are building here at Sanctuary Studio and everyone who showed up tonight!
