Grief moves through us in waves — sometimes gentle, sometimes overwhelming. But there is a sacred medicine within us that can hold and move that emotion: the breath.

Breathwork offers a path to release what’s been buried, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with parts of ourselves we may have forgotten. One beautiful soul recently shared:
