Our snack tray looks inviting, sounds crunchy, smells cucumber fresh and tastes yumm! On top of that it makes me connect with a grateful prayer of thanks to Creator/Healer God and I connect with warm feels hearing my husband crunching away. (The guy sounds like there's a microphone in his mouth so I hear him anywhere in the house even with my hearing disability.😂) Personally I crave a good crunch so this helps me leave the chips and crackers a little more often. So my brain 🧠 is increasingly sending neuropathways to positive emotions when I see veggies!!! There's also some more biological positive takeaways that I will not share here. After all, I am a 58-year-old woman.💩
