Our office will be closed Wednesday, February 4th through Monday, February 9th. We’ll be back and seeing clients again on Tuesday, February 10th.

During this time, Lindsey will be attending an advanced, brain-specific Craniosacral Therapy training focused on the latest research and clinical applications for neurological health. This course will deepen her ability to support clients with:

• Traumatic Brain Injuries and concussions
• Seizure disorders
• Neurodivergent clients, including autistic individuals
• Emotional trauma, PTSD, and chronic stress
• Healthy brain development in early childhood
• Neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and dementia

✨ Online booking will remain open for appointments beginning February 10th. If you experience any issues with scheduling while we’re away, feel free to text us, and we’ll help as soon as we’re able.

Big upgrade day for our favorite massage therapist! Tyson Krout’s brand-new electric massage table arrived this morning, and it couldn’t be more deserved. After 16 years in the field, his old table had definitely earned its retirement. Excited for him—and excited for our clients who get to enjoy the upgrade too!

We’re feeling really grateful today. Moments like this remind us how fortunate we are to do the work we love, serve a community we care deeply about, and continue growing in ways we don’t take for granted. Every step forward is a blessing, and we appreciate everyone who’s been part of this journey with us.

💛 I absolutely love getting messages about a baby’s first night after their Craniosacral Therapy session!

We’ve had a couple of especially exciting results lately that show just how powerful this gentle work can be for little ones 👶

✨ Case 1: A toddler came in with hip and spinal tension that made it hard to lift one leg and start walking.
He’d seen a pediatric chiropractor twice before his first Craniosacral Therapy session on a Tuesday.
By Friday, he was confidently walking! 🙌
