Join the Fun at Northport Highlands Water Aerobics!
Dive into a unique fitness experience with our Water Aerobic Classes at Northport Highlands Pool and Fitness! Led by expert instructors Pam Strawbridge and Kathy Baker, our classes blend over 30 years of swim instruction with creative exercises inspired by competitive swimming, synchronized swimming, water safety, physical therapy, ballet, skiing, tennis, weight lifting, and more!
Class Schedule:
• Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM with Pam Strawbridge
• Monday: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM with Kathy Baker
What to Expect:
• Fun, low-impact workouts to build strength, flexibility, and core control
• Improved swim strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke) with personalized tips
• Creative use of water toys and participant-inspired exercises
• Focus on water confidence, safety, and proper breathing techniques

Saturday – Sunday: 9am-4pm
