Thirteen years ago this week, my husband and I took a leap of faith and opened a small physical therapy clinic — unsure if it would work, but full of hope.

All these years later, we’re humbled and grateful to be growing strong with 20+ incredible employees and a community of patients who have become like family.

We often hear that we help and support our patients, but truthfully, it feels the other way around. You’ve encouraged us, prayed over our office, cheered us on, and shown us what community really means.

To every patient, family member, employee, and friend who has supported us through the past 13 years — thank you. We are so deeply grateful. 💙

•Falls don’t have to be part of aging. With the right exercises and home safety steps, you can stay steady and independent.
•Lower body strength = stability.
•Walking, water aerobics, stair climbing—simple activities can reduce fall risk.
•Balance is a skill, and it needs practice. Try single-leg stands, heel-to-toe walking, or chair rises to stay steady.
•Medications and vision play a big role in balance. Dizziness, drowsiness, or poor eyesight can all increase fall risk.
