New Group Therapy Opportunity at Hope Grows Center for Counseling! 💙
We’re grateful to begin the year by offering supportive spaces that help our community heal, connect, and grow. Up next, we’re introducing a group that explores feelings of loneliness and grief after the holiday season:
Grieving The Living 🕊️💔
A psycho-educational and process-oriented therapy group for anyone struggling with the pain of relationships that have ended, shifted, or changed.
Whether it’s a breakup, estrangement, emotional distance, or the loss of a connection you once depended on, your grief is real, and you deserve support. 🤍
