With 7 years of experience specializing in trauma, I’ve learned that deep healing requires a personalized toolkit. Every person’s story is different, and therapy should reflect that 💜

My approach to therapy is integrative and trauma-informed, combining advanced EMDR techniques with somatic and relational methods to help reorganize how the brain stores traumatic memories. Together, we work to gently process the past while helping your mind and body move toward healing and regulation 🌿

I don’t just want to help you cope—I want to help you break free from the weight of the past and reclaim your life. Your healing journey deserves care that is structured, experienced, and deeply compassionate 🤍

Healing isn’t a graded assignment. No one’s handing out A+’s. 💛

As a recovering people pleaser myself, ❤️‍🩹 It can be hard not to dwell on the flaws or unmet expectations you set for yourself. However, The only thing that matters is that you keep showing up — imperfect, honest, and willing. That’s already enough.

Healing isn’t a competition. There’s no gold medal for “most emotionally evolved.” 🏅💛

Growth doesn’t come with a report card. You’re not failing.

There’s no extra credit for being hard on yourself. ✨

You don’t get bonus points for suffering in silence.

Recovery isn’t pass or fail. It’s show up and try again. 💛

There’s no deadline for becoming the “best version” of you.

You’re allowed to learn in pencil, not permanent marker. ✏️

Progress isn’t linear, graded, or judged. It’s practiced.

You don’t have to ace healing to deserve peace.
Being a work in progress doesn’t mean you’re behind. 💫

Originally developed for PTSD, EMDR can also support anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, low self-esteem, sleep issues, and more. It helps reduce the emotional charge of past experiences so you can feel more present and empowered today.

You stay fully awake and in control the entire time (this is not hypnosis), and many people notice positive shifts in just a few sessions. EMDR isn’t for everyone, but for many, it’s a deeply effective and empowering process 💛

Join us as we create an affirming and supportive space to explore identity, strengthen community, and grow alongside others who truly understand. 🤝💛
