Growing out bangs is a bit$h but the sun is out at least once a week so there’s that.

What are you up to? I’m working, eating, sleeping, scrolling, walking, dancing, watching Chinese fantasy soap operas, talking to my husband a lot, spending time with family, doing laundry, not making art but thinking about it, not doing taxes but staring at the numbers, and massaging my face.

Oh yeah and dog stuff, lots of dog activities.

How we doing? We bored of the internet yet? I’m finding myself scrolling less, posting less, even using my phone less - that being said, I’m working more, decluttering my house from too top to bottom, walking the dogs & hugging my husband as much as he can handle. Distractions or merely bored of the internet.

LBK UPDATES
Not much to report, February Facial books are full, March has a few open time slots at the end of the month (link in profile), and I’m in the process of adding a Makeup line that I’m very excited about both ingredient & application wise - more info when it enters LBK.

The LBK Gua Sha Class is this Saturday, if all goes well I’ll add another in Spring, then Summer or a large one at Northports pavilion for all to attend? I like teaching.

1️⃣ - Thank You for all the Beautiful Birthday wishes!

2️⃣- Thank You for shopping my Annual Birthday Sale, every year I’m amazed by how well it does, I appreciate you all so much for trusting the products I create & carry. 11 years has taught me so much.

3️⃣ - The New Studio is alive & housing clients for facials, it’s crisp & clean, yet soft & warm, everyday my list grows a little bit to add or take away as I care for you all. This new space is a dream come true in my little home town.

4️⃣ - Only 5 spots Available for my Gua Sha Class I’m hosting 2/21 at 10am in the New Studio. Very excited to have room to teach. Message me if you want to secure a seat.

5️⃣ - My February books are pretty much full but March is still open for booking. I might add the video facial service for 3-4 people at a discounted rate, stay tuned for when that’s available.

6️⃣ - My shipping supplies arrives today so all recent orders will go out Friday, Saturday, & Monday. It’ll take me a while due to my facial calender & a few personal gatherings I’m attending. Thank you for your patience.

Gua Sha Class Saturday 2/21 at 10am in the New Studio - includes the LBK Signature Gua Sha Stone to take home ($42 value), along with handout instructions of the routine & tips & tricks. We’ll cover the origin of the Gua Sha method, and the many ways you can use this practice for overall skin & body health.

I feel like I haven’t made much progress in the new studio space due to still fulfilling facial appointments in my current location - the flip will literally happen in 24 hours and the countdown is slowly making me feel crazy, but only I can call myself that.

In the meantime I’m decorating it in my head, overthinking where my towels will go, walking the dogs, eating sourdough crackers, and decided to enroll in a few courses to get my Buccal certificate, along with enhance my facial massage & lymphatic support methods….face taping too so I can teach for classes & clients.
