We are thrilled to introduce you to a new member of our clinical team! Patrick Aron is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with almost 10 years of clinical experience.

Patrick is passionate about working with teenagers with challenging presentations (i.e., mood, personality, academic, trauma, legal). He also enjoys helping teenagers develop appropriate social skills and building or re-building family relationships.

Patrick has immediate openings, and he is fully credentialed with BCBS and BCN.

Patrick holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Hope College where he also received a minor in Music and Social Connection Ministry. He later graduated from Western Michigan University with a Master of Arts focusing on Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education. In this program, Patrick specialized in school counseling and clinical care. Before joining Arbor Psychology Group, Patrick worked in juvenile residential treatment programs and with the juvenile justice system.

Patrick draws from a wide range of counseling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy to help provide the best care possible to his clients. Sessions involve focusing on clients’ strengths and building their ability to create positive change in their own lives.
