When you come up short, mess up, fall off track.

👍🏼You’re only as good as your NEXT ACTION.

Just the same when you’ve been on track, on a winning streak, and things are moving ahead strong.

There’s always MORE ACTION TO TAKE.

So…

💩When s**t don’t go you’re way, instead of feeling sorry for yourself and letting the negative bulls**t continue to effect you.

Focus on the NEXT ACTION you have to take to get on the POSITIVE track.

After all.

No Dip Bars..
It’s time to get creative, so grab a few boxes and a couple dumbbells and let’s go!

4 sets till failure

Bar dips deliver excellent upper body mass and strength gains, largely because of the unique mechanics of the movement.

The dip is an exercise that primarily targets your chest but it also activates the shoulders, triceps, and abdominals.

Depending on how you angle your body during the exercise, you can increase the demand on the chest or the triceps. This means that one exercise can be an effective way to grow and strengthen two different body parts.

A chest-focused dip is performed on two parallel bars that are roughly just outside of shoulder width.

A triceps-centered dip can also be performed on these bars, but it’s more common to use two benches to elevate your feet and increase the resistance level.

💪🏼 Pull-Ups or Chin-Ups?

👀 I’ve been leaning towards pull-ups lately as a preference, but I’m always training both. I want you to do them both and here’s WHY;

💥 Pull-ups are the more difficult of the two, recurring more lat / low trap strength and utilizing the "Pronated” hand grip. They also have the most functional carryover; if you’re about to fall to your death and need your pulling strength you’re likely in a hand position that mimics pull-ups more so than chin-ups. If need be start with using assisted pull-ups.

🏋️‍♂️ Chin-ups allow much more bicep engagement, which not only makes them easier, but a great arm builder as well as your back.
