Yoga with Diane

Yoga with Diane Yoga classes on Mondays, Yin yoga on Tuesdays at 4:30 Legion. Also teaching at Schoolcraft College. Poses are adjusted to suit each students' needs.

Personalized Yoga Instruction: I teach Iyengar style yoga often using props. On Thursdays, I teach YIN yoga - a meditative practice. Yin is usually done while seated and poses are held for time. These classes also use props so that students can be comfortable holding poses. Monday and Friday AM's are devoted to building strength as will as flexibility. Light weights are used.
