I am all for setting goals for yourself ANY time of year. The new year is a great time to look at ourselves, our progress, and our goals.
That being said, it’s easy to fall for the quick solutions that many brands try to sell you. “Try this diet and you’ll lose 10 pounds in 1 week!” or “This miracle exercise program will have you toned and beach ready by the end of the month!” As lovely as that sounds, and as easy as that sells, it is simply not the reality.
Sustainable results come from SUSTAINED WORK and consistency. I personally believe that wellbeing is the best motivator. Care for yourself because your body deserves the best from you, not because it will make you look better in a bikini. This year, let’s take care of our bodies, and let the results speak for themselves.
