Introducing our newest project! A colab with Vitamin EB ! A DnD themed book that helps you dip your adventuring toes into real life health and Mana potions (aka little things to help get extra nutrition in your day).

She's originally had this booklet for a while but reached out to me about helping redesign, tweak the DnD aspect and hopefully we are going to infuse it with her expertise for not just the every day adventurers; but also the Nuero-spicy Adventurers and those of us with a constant level of exhaustion on our character sheet!

Eventually, we're hoping to have a downloadable version on Etsy as well as a physical version at my in person events!

Vitamin.EB is a nutritionniste based in Muskegon. She is AFPA certified and is currently studying in specialization for Perimenopause (I think that's how you spell it?).

I was surprised when I first heard this statistic, but then I got to thinking and it makes sense. Fiber plays a huge role in digestive health and prevention of colon cancer down the road. I’ve done some restructuring, and I’m excited about it!

I want to create a system that has something to offer to people of any starting point. From a single purchase guide where we never speak, to a multiple month personal endeavor where we get into the nitty gritty of it all.

I started this business with the goal of helping people become the best versions of themselves. That’s going to look different for everyone.

This one is for my plant based friends, or those who just want to expand their nutritional profile. 🌱

Plant based sources of protein are often incomplete, meaning they lack certain essential amino acids. Whereas meat is a complete amino acid package consistently. 🫘🥩

However, you can make a plant based protein complete by giving it a buddy that has the amino acids they lack. 🥜➕🫛

This does not need to be done in the same meal, it can be done over the course of a day.

I think this sums it up pretty well.

The demonization of a certain macronutrient is bound to continue and evolve. Just be aware, and do what makes you feel the best physically and emotionally.

If I had a nickel for every time I told my female clients to strength train…

I wouldn’t be rich… but I’d definitely have a suspicious amount of nickels.

Last year Invictus Training Methods had me test out his Paradise Protocol (inspired by Wonder Woman).

Unfortunately for him, it was too good and I refused to switch programs.

The exercise selection ✔️
The variety ✔️
How good I felt ✔️

So he decided to level it up and create Absolute Paradise.

I’ve been testing it for the past couple months and honestly… he outdid himself.

This is a snippet from my leg day.

Strong women aren’t just aesthetic goals —
they’re stronger bones, better metabolism, healthier hormones, and long-term resilience.

10/10 recommend.

Making changes to your lifestyle does NOT need to be all or nothing.

Small changes to your routine builds big habits that will help you when life happens. And believe me, life will in fact happen. You don’t need to give up all the things you love, but making additions that are beneficial for your health is definitely worth your while.

I think highlighting my struggles is equally, if not more, important than highlighting my strengths.

Although I am constantly striving to improve, I still fall short in many areas. This is part of life, and I will never reach a state of perfection. However, coming to terms with that is part of the process of becoming the best version of you.

So, here are some of my challenges that I face regarding food and wellness.

If you can relate, just know you are not alone. Although I have struggles myself, I can certainly help you find solutions for yours. Just like I do for myself every day.❣️🍓🍎🫐
