I am always recommending moist heating pad use at home for my clients and wanted to share my favorite one! I have two of these and it is so beneficial! I keep it on the couch ready to be used, because if it’s not in my sight then I wouldn’t take a minute extra to use it. Life is too busy to remember to do that!

I don’t sell these, but got a mine both off Amazon and it’s worth the $53 price tag! It will last many years and moist heat is amazing for the body! Just googling and I found this bit of info:

In comparison to dry heat (electric heating pads and heat wraps), moist heat can pe*****te the skin faster and deeper, getting right to the muscle—the root of your pain. A study comparing the two types of heat therapy showed a greater pain reduction with moist heat in less time than dry heat. Always use this pad with the cover on it and your body will thank you! ✌🏼

I am excited to announce I will be getting this amazing MOOR mud straight from sources in Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Dead Sea along with mud & salts from Jordon!

Why is mud such a big deal you ask? These different organic samples have been proven to help with numerous skin conditions, joint pain and inflammation and extracting toxins. It can be used on its own, or in conjunction with numerous massage techniques and treatments.

I will be using it for body wraps & adding it to massages. I loved using this in the past and so excited to get my hands on it!
