First, Pilates today at 5:30, yoga at 7!
Tomorrow, Pilates at 9am and 7pm. (Let me know if you're coming!)

Second, I'm adding a 2 hr massage to my list of offerings. Cost will be $150. If you want to book this before I get it up on my website, just let me know!
I also have a new technique for deep tissue work that has been highly impressive. So come see me!

Hey everyone, I know I have lots of animal lovers on this page so wanted to share here too.
Jesse just texted that there's a small dog near McDonalds in Wise. He tried to feed it and catch it but it was just way too scared. He's going to try again after he runs some errands but please keep an eye out. He said it's pitiful and absolutely terrified. 😢

Pilates today at 5:30, yoga at 7!

No class on Friday evening since it's Halloween, so we'll have an extra yoga class tomorrow evening at 5:45 followed by pilates at 7.
I have a massage that ends at 5:30 so the door might be locked until just a couple minutes before class.
ALSO, Pilates tomorrow morning at 9 but I need to know if you're coming to that one. 😊
