Valley Hope Foundation

Valley Hope Foundation Valley Hope Foundation In 2007, the Foundation granted aid to 155 patients across our seven state network.

The Valley Hope Association Foundation was established in 2000 to secure gifts and grants to aid Valley Hope patients and their families to receive drug addiction treatment and recover from alcohol and other drugs. Our endowment fund generated gifts in excess of $100,000 to help many individuals and families who otherwise could not access or afford the cost of drug addiction treatment. The Valley Hope Association Foundation also secures gifts and grants for facility improvements and capital building projects. Many of our facility improvements and major renovations are the direct result of generous donations. The Valley Hope Association Foundation is registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and gifts are tax deductible. Please consult with a financial planner and tax advisor to help you plan a gift. We reached our goal! We are thrilled to announce that we have raised over $2.1M to secure the $750,000 challenge grant from the Midland, TX-based Mabee Foundation!
With that, we have reached our phase one goal of $5.6M. This would not have been possible without donors and friends like you! Thank you for helping us take this huge step toward transforming Valley Hope of Atchison

I wasn’t planning on working in this industry, but when I met the leadership at Valley Hope and saw the life-changing work being done here, it resonated deeply. I wanted to be part of that mission. Twelve years later, that sense of purpose has never left — and that’s why I stay."

Stories like this reflect the heart of Valley Hope — a mission of restoring lives and supporting lifelong recovery. Through our Bridge to Recovery Capital Campaign, we are transforming Valley Hope of Atchison to create a more private, peaceful space where individuals can focus fully on healing. Every gift builds a stronger foundation for recovery in our community.

We had a great time connecting with our neighbors at the Amelia Earhart Festival!

At Valley Hope of Atchison, we’re proud to serve this community—and events like this remind us why our Bridge to Recovery project matters. By expanding and improving our facility, we’ll be able to welcome more patients, support more families, and strengthen the culture of hope that’s been part of Atchison for decades.

A special thank you to the Amelia Earhart Festival committee for hosting such a meaningful celebration of community and history. Want to help us keep building? Learn more or give here: https://bit.ly/4mOJnFp
