Thank you to my wonderful, loyal clients and friends for your unwavering support.

There's a lot to consider when making changes to my price list. The biggest consideration being... you!

My last price increase was in 2020, and after much resistance, research, and consideration, it's time.

Simply to keep up with increasing costs, the price adjustment will be effective May 1st 2026.

New price list as of 5-1-26
$100 55 min session
$140 for 85 min session
$180 for 110 min session.

There's still no charge for Cupping therapy, sound healing and essential oils. The $30 Hot stone upgrade has not changed.

I actually think this when I get sick! How dare my body betray me 😷

🦠💊 It's cold and flu season, and it should go without saying (but I'll mention it anyway) if you are sick, please reschedule your massage.

If I get sick, I need to reschedule days of work, cancelling on many other people hoping to get a much-needed massage.

The myth that getting a massage will help your cold get better is just that: a myth.

Let's keep each other happy and healthy by not sharing those nasty sniffles!🤧
