For your safety, be cautious of anyone asking for your Medicare details over the phone. If verification is needed, we will ask you to bring the information in person, or if you are homebound, we'll provide a secure email address ending in ntcohosp.com.

Please remember, we have access to the state Medicare directory, so we rarely need to request verification.

Please share this alert with your friends, family, and neighbors so as many people as possible are informed and protected. Do not share your Medicare number with anyone over the phone!

Daylight Saving Time is coming to an end!

As we prepare to turn our clocks back, here are a few tips to help your body adjust to the new schedule:
• Stick to a regular bedtime and wake-up time.
• Keep your mealtimes consistent.
• Get some early morning sunshine to help reset your internal clock.

It’s also a great time to check the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and replace the filters in your heating and air conditioning systems!
