February is American Heart Month ❤️
Take time to care for the one thing that never takes a break — your heart. Small changes like moving more, eating balanced meals, managing stress, and scheduling regular check-ups can make a big difference.

❤️ It’s Cardiac Rehab Week! ❤️
Cardiac rehabilitation is a personalized program designed to help people recover and thrive after a heart attack, heart surgery, or other heart conditions. Through supervised exercise, heart-healthy education, emotional support, and lifestyle coaching, cardiac rehab helps patients rebuild strength, reduce future heart risks, and improve quality of life.
From guided workouts and nutrition counseling to stress management and smoking cessation support, cardiac rehab empowers individuals to take control of their heart health — safely and confidently.
If you or a loved one has experienced a heart event, ask your healthcare provider about cardiac rehab. It’s not just recovery — it’s a new beginning!
🗓️ We’re excited to share that our Cardiac Rehab Clinic is starting NEW hours on Monday, February 16th!
Open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
