Happy National Handwashing Week!
Whether you’re caring for patients, loved ones, or yourself — taking 20 seconds to scrub with soap and water makes a big difference. It’s one of the easiest ways to stop the spread of germs and keep everyone feeling their best!
Remember:
• Wet those hands
• Lather up with plenty of soap
• Scrub!! For at least 20 seconds and between those fingers!
• Rinse off those bubbles
• Dry thoroughly
Let’s all do our part and keep those hands clean!

We all want to be there for the people we love — cheering them on, supporting them, and creating memories together. But to do that, we have to take care of ourselves first.
Make time to rest.
Keep up with your health.
Ask for help when you need it.
Do the things that bring you joy.
Take care of yourself, so you can be here for the moments that truly count.
