Sometimes, as a funeral director, being ready to assist means handling the unexpected - including a burst water pipe in the embalming room after sub-zero temperatures.

Not how I planned to start the week, but I'll have this repaired today. The main floor remains unaffected, and there is no impact on our operations.

Has anyone else experienced frozen pipes or other cold-weather surprises?
